(2) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or "Check價" has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, "Check價" has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the "Check價" Services (or any portion thereof). "Check價" is very concerned with the safety and privacy of all the users.
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the "Check價" Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to

(2) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

"Check價" does not provide, own or control any of the quotation services and deal confirmation in trade center that you can access through Our Website, such as products provided from retailers and quotation from retailers. All Products are owned, controlled or made available by third parties (the 'Retailers') either directly (e.g., brand owner) or as an agent (e.g., supplier). The Retailer are responsible for Products. If you use Trade Center, you are solely responsible for the product information and other content that you upload, transmit or share with us or others on or through Trade Center (collectively, the 'Trade Center Information'), and you represent and warrant that you are not transmitting or sharing Trade Center information that you do not have permission to share. It is your job to create backup copies and replace any Trade Center information you provide us with at your expense.
When you provide us with Trade Center information or make a deal through “Check價”, you authorise us to make copies as we deem necessary in order to facilitate the storage and assimilation of the Trade Center information. By providing us Trade Center information, you represent and warrant that you have the right to give us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid, worldwide licence (with the right to freely sublicense) to use, copy, modify, reformat, translate, syndicate and distribute that Trade Center information that we receive from you for any purpose, including business, commercial, marketing, advertising, or otherwise, and to prepare derivative works of (or incorporate into other works) that Trade Center information. You may remove your Trade Center information from Trade Center at any time, but the licence that you have granted will remain in effect. You understand that we do not control nor are we responsible for reviewing Trade Center information. However, we reserve the right to review, edit, or delete any Trade Center information or your account at any time.
You acknowledge that “Check價” may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the “Check價” Services, including without limitation the maximum number of days that email messages, message board postings or other uploaded Content will be retained by the “Check價” Services, the maximum number of email messages that may be sent from or received by an account on the “Check價”Services, the maximum size of any email message that may be sent from or received by an account on the “Check價” Services, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on “Check價”’s servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the “Check價” Services in a given period of time. You agree that “Check價” has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages and other communications or other Content maintained or transmitted by the “Check價” Services. Nothing in the Terms of Use shall exclude or limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, deceit or liability that cannot be excluded or limited by any applicable laws.
(2) Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. “Check價” expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
(3) “Check價” makes no warranty that: (i) the services will meet your requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the “app” will be corrected.
(4) Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
(5) No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from “Check價” or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the Terms of Use.
(6) “Check價” does not guarantee (include but not limited to) the accuracy of all the content on this site.
(7) “Check價” has the right but no liability to improve and correct any mistake in any part of the Services. We reserve the right to modify, edit or delete the Contents, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy with prior notice.
(8) “Check價” has the right to record visitors' information and behaviours on this site.

“No Right of Survivorship and Non-Transferability”You agree that your “Check價” account is non-transferable and any rights to your “Check價” ID or contents within your account terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a copy of a death certificate, your account may be terminated and all contents therein permanently deleted.
“Statute of Limitations” You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the “Check價” Services or the Terms of Use must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
“Check價” respects the intellectual rights of others and advise the users to respect their rights. In the event that you believe your works have been copied and your rights have been infringed, please provide the following information to us.
(1) electronic or tangible signatures of all the copyright owners;
(2) description of your alleged infringement;
(3) description of the location of the alleged infringement;
(4) your address, telephone numbers and email address;
(5) your statutory declaration of your authority from the copyright owner or his agent or by law; and
(6) your statutory declaration that the information you provide as requested is true and you are the copyright owner or the authorized agent to make such statutory declaration.
Subject to these Terms, you will defend, indemnify and hold us and each of our officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any claim, cause of action, liability, expense, loss or demand, including—without limitation—reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of, or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or the agreements made part of these Terms by reference, your breach of any applicable law, and your use of or access to Our Website, Trade Center or the Intellectual Property.

Furthermore, by submitting Feedback, you are granting us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid, worldwide license (with the right to freely sublicense) to use, copy, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, syndicate, republish, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute the Feedback we receive from you for any purpose, including business, commercial, marketing, advertising, or otherwise.
